Lovely pic.

How did this one overwinter for you?

Thanks, Robert

Planted 5 of them & all 5 came back. Being in z4, most of the canes died back to ground level for me. One of them was very slow to come back & failed to thrive, so I replaced it.....I guess I'm probably as far north as they like to grow. I really like the flowers as they provide a nice contrast to some Jackmanii clematis behind them.

Thanks for your reply.

That's not bad at all considering it wasn't bred for cold hardiness.

I wish more rosarians appreciated single roses. They give a lot of bang for the buck.

Happy Roses, Robert

Just looking at your description of Jolie Veranda this morning & your listed h x w doesn't make sense.....here is a link to Newflora's info on the rose that lists h x w as 2 1/2' x 2' http://newflora.com/product/jolie-veranda-rose/

Anyone know when or if this rose is going to be released???? It was supposed to be out 2013-14 but I heard Bailey's had some problem so put on hold.

I contacted Bailey's through their Easy Elegance Face Book page & they responded back that it wouldn't be available until " roughly 2018".
