Rose

Gallica / Provins, Hybrid China, Hybrid Gallica.  Mauve or purple blend.  None to mild fragrance.  Medium, very full (41+ petals) bloom form.  Once-blooming spring or summer.  USDA zone 4b through 8b.  
Height: 3' to 6' (90 to 185cm).  Width: 2' to 3' (60 to 90cm). Louis-Joseph-Ghislain Parmentier (1847).

Group 3, Large-flowered.  Dark purple, yellow anthers.  Medium, single bloom form.  Early summer to early autumn.  USDA zone 6a and warmer.  Height of 9' 10" to 16' 5" (300 to 500 cm).   Raymond J. Evison (1996), Mogens Nyegaard Olesen (1996).

Floribunda / Cluster Flowered.  Salmon-pink.  Mild fragrance.  Very double, in small clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).   Rudolph Kluis (1929).
