Thank you. Winter in Moscow are not as cold now as before. In addition , preparing to frost , I bend down my roses to the ground and cover them with a special synthetic material, using metal arc frame . I bought this rose by mistake, thinking it hybrid tea , but now does not regret it . Now I have also Crepuscule. I like exotic delicacy of Chinese roses, as, probably, and you.

Yes, I grow many Tea and China roses; but my garden gets only a few frosts and no snow, and the temperature this week (summer) will reach 42 C!

Indeed impressive.... I grew Crépuscule too, but it died in the winter of 2012, when the bare frost came suddenly and unexpected after a very warm start of the winter.

Of course, to grow roses in our climate zone - it is always a risk. But under the mandatory temporary shelter ( and a layer of snow on it) roses overwinter well. In the summer we have not so hot. That's just the rain and the snow became less so sorry . I hope the weather will allow us to continue to grow all of our favorite roses.
