'Mel's Heritage' is on the left side, sharing the arbor with 'Sombreuil, Cl.' Their green-apple fragrance is similar.

5/10/20 N San Diego County, CA zone 10a Blooms are most coral in cooler spring temps, and when first opening. Later flushes are often more pink. Zero disease, no fuss, just wants to grow and bloom.

Its not the most robust little rose, but I like Little Grey Pearl. It has been 100F for a week. It hasn't shut down in this heat at all, hasn't fried, still blooming a ton.... and honestly I have been neglecting it a little because mine in a potager where most of the veggies have bolted due to the heat. Little Grey Pearl with some celery in the background.

Very cupped blooms. Opening bloom shape is sometimes round, sometimes more pointed like hybrid tea. Second year growth. (Zone 3b, Alberta, Canada. June 2016.)
