I have just added the 1983 Peter Beales reference for ‘La Reine Victoria’ Bourbon. He describes it as a “slender erect bush” and it seems to me that he may have been selling the HP ‘La Reine’ as the Bourbon ‘Reine Victoria’.

A quick check of the Beales site indicates that the currently offered rose (La) Reine Victoria is indeed just that. The photos show the unmistakable shell shape.

It is working for me. What selection did you choose, so we can repeat?

Not for me Jedmar. Using my Apple iPad, I have just searched for a parentage of Buccaneer x Landora and the lineage does turn brown (selected), but when SEARCH is selected, the search button stays blue.....forever and ever, with no results.

I have tried descendants of Buccaneer x Landora on Internet Explorer, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox and have in all three cases received a result - the same rose by Taschner. All on PC resp. Notebook. The Problem might be some incompatibility with the iPad.

There "shouldn't" be a problem with running his query on an iPad. Initial guess would be some sort of memory issue. We'll take a look.

On a semi-related issue; is the inability to enter publications in the references section being looked at?

Potentially a memory issue. May be an issue on the server (assume not cloud based) or just heavy server load (but seem's odd given the time).

The last 2 or 3 nights (here in Australia, approx 7:45pm Sydney which is approx 2:45am California...assuming admin/dev are USA based) the site has been lagging out a bit. Then is randomly fine again for a bit. This same behaviour was happening a few weeks ago in the lead up to when images stopped working for some users.
