No 13. from the Wills’s Cigarettes 1912 Series of 50 Roses
LADY GAY.
( Wichuraiana.)
One of the most popular rambling roses ever introduced. Belonging to the section known as the Wichuraianas, and introduced in 1905, it flowers during July in large pyramidal trusses, borne on long stems, and is therefore most valuable for decorative purposes. It is a rampant grower with fine glossy foliage, and should be sparingly pruned.
