Help!
I have been a premium member for several years, but my premium membership expires 14 Nov 21. Today, 4Nov, approximately 3PM EDT, I tried to send you a correction of information about a rose, but the website refused, telling me my premium membership has expired.

I tried to extend my membership by setting up a $3 per month donation--the website text said I could donate & extend my premium WITHOUT using PayPal [which I HATE]. Several different tries forced me to PayPal.

How can I use the features of my premium membership until 14Nov? How can I extend my premium membership without using PayPal? Can I send you a check? Or call & renew with a person over the phone?

Hi flrosepop,

Let's take this one at a time.

1. Your current premium membership is valid through Nov 17th

2. Premium membership is not required/necessary to post information to HelpMeFind. Please contact the support dept with the details of the problem you had posting. They will be happy to sort that out for you.

3. I am sorry but at this time HMF does not support monthly/incremental premium membership payments.

4. HMF uses the PayPal payment processing system which is just like any other credit card processing service with the exception they also can accept payment using your PayPal account, if you have one and choose to do so. Choose the option to pay by credit card to avoid using, needing or creating a PayPal account.
Just to be clear, having a PayPal account is not required or necessary.

I just talked with Kristen Smith of Star Roses which has license to distribute Meilland roses in the USA.. Some one inserted an incorrect size for their rose MEIzilena (Ruby Red) which was introduced into US commerce January 21, 2021. The size they have submitted for rose trials is 60"high by 36"wide.

There is some conflicting information for MEIzilena:
Website of Meilland Richardier: 70/80 cm tall, 50 cm wide
Website of Star Roses: 4,5-5' (135/150 cm) tall, 2-3' (60/90) wide
Meilland needs to decide what is correct.
