From the notebook of the collector, Don Howse: "As we entered the canyon, in the slopes and bottom land near the stream and along the trail, we found Lonicera sp. , Syringa sinense, Rosa sericea ptericantha, Podophyllum hexandre, Primula sinopurpurea, Megacodon stylophorum, and Polygonatum sibericum. "
