Thanks Marita. Added the Nickels reference. Perhaps Jedmar might add the Keller one?

Last year I visited the castle of Burghausen. There I found a portrait of a man called "Hans Hoffer", painted 1485. He holds a flower in his hand, definitely Rosa x alba Maxima. I would like to add this picture to the references of Rosa x alba Maxima. How can I manage it.
Kind regards

Marita

It is not possible to add a photo to the references.
You need to open up the Maxima file and add the picture there to the photos.
Include all important information about the picture to the description of your photo.

Rose"Onni"

I'm absolutely sure, that this rose is no centifolia. Onni belongs to the section Cinnamomeae. Typical attributes are the foliage and the red canes. In the Rosegarden of Trostberg, Onni stands next to Rosa majalis. Especially in wintertimes you can see the close relationship of this two roses.

I absolutely agree. Isn't it possible to correct the description?

Centifolia deleted, replaced with species cross. Is that OK?

Yes, but Oulujoen Taimisto lists it as a Centifolia
