I recognize this photo from somewhere. I think it was 'Moody Blues' (McGredy) but not quite sure.

I am inclined to agree. It is meant to be white/cream with pink edges.

Form and darker edges of the bloom indicate that it is indeed 'Honoré de Balzac'. It is a contemporary photo from a nursery catalogue. The colour of the print is off, too much yellow, but that was not unusual in mass printing.
