Please help me identify this rose which was planted 30 years ago in Germany! It grows on strong, upright canes, is about 1.5 metres high, has flower clusters which are extremely rain-tolerant and stay beautiful for weeks; bright red, darken with age; healthy leaves; grows in partial shade; little to no scent. Do you think it's Parkdirektor Riggers?
