Bred by Samuel McGredy II (United Kingdom, before 1919).
Introduced in France by Grandes Roseraies du Val de la Loire in 1919 as 'Edel'.
Introduced in Australia by H. Kemp in 1920 as 'Edel'.

Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
White, cream undertones.  Moderate fragrance.  100 petals.  Very large, very full (41+ petals), open bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Long buds.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Vigorous.
