I found the Graceland rose at Green Garden Nursery in Florida, the nursery name has changed to Athenberry's. I will see how it does and let everyone know.

Graceland is in zone 7 which is ideal for growing a garden.

I find Graceland has a definite fragrance somewhat tobacco like. Certainly "no fragrance" does not apply.

I ordered this rose from the Nursery in Florida, they came with very sparce packing and both plants died within a short time. I live in CA and I would like to have this rose. Does anyone know of a local (California) nursery that I can purchase Graceland from?

I am also in Calif. and have been hunting for the Graceland rose for over a year; have tried every U.S. grower on line and so far no luck. I have been growing it since J & P introduced it and it has out performed everything else in my rose garden. Now I'm relocating and fear it is too big to move, hence my search. Burkhard's in Pasadena is listed as having it but it was not on it's 2003 list. I'm glad to know the info about the Florida grower. I have one more possibility to contact after the holidays and will post results here. If you have better luck, please post as well!

I found Graceland Rose at Home Depot in Rancho Mirage a couple of years ago when bare root season started, right after christmas. They may have it this year. I love this rose, does great in the desert heat if given a little afternoon shade and just blooms and blooms! Good Luck. Stan
