Bred by Frank R. Cowlishaw (United Kingdom, 2001).
Introduced in United Kingdom by Rearsby Roses in 2001 as 'Forever Royal'.
Class:
Floribunda.  
Bloom:
Purple.  Mild fragrance.  Average diameter 2".  Medium, semi-double (9-16 petals), cluster-flowered, in large clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Tall, upright.  Medium, glossy, dark green foliage.  

Height: 42" to 5' (105 to 150cm).  Width: up to 3' (up to 90cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for beds and borders or garden.  Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
