Introduced in France by Jean-Pierre Vibert in circa 1824 as 'Quatre Saisons Pompon'.

Damask Perpetual, Portland.

Light pink.  Strong fragrance.  Average diameter 1".  Small, very double bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Short.  
Growing:
USDA zone 7b through 9b.
