This rose balls badly in rainy weather, but still keeps on blooming!

With foliage and flower form like that...Terese Bugnet is a sure bet! And since Terese is such a great rose I'd expect a lot from the Mayflower.

According to this site http://www.gonegardening.com/xq/ASP/group_id.34/article_id.148/referer./qx/gg_shop/article.htm, this rose has some rugosa in it.

Since I know that David Austin were working on creating fertile tetraploid versions of diploid roses such as Mermaid, Thérèse Bugnet, and Martin Frobisher, it is very possible that this rose may have either Therese Bugnet and Martin Frobrisher as a parent.
