Origin:
Bred by W. Kordes & Sons (Germany, before 1990).
Class:
Floribunda, Miniature, Patio.  
Bloom:
Light pink.  Mild fragrance.  12 petals.  Average diameter 2".  Medium to large, semi-double (9-16 petals), cluster-flowered, in small clusters, flat bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Short, compact, spreading.  Glossy, dark green foliage.  
Height of 1' to 30" (30 to 75 cm).  Width of 1' to 2' (30 to 60 cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for container rose, garden or ground cover.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.

Harkness Roses says this rose is a bushier version of the ever-popular 'The Fairy', with larger flowers...


Named for the Queen Mother's 90th birthday... to benefit the Royal United Kingdom Beneficent Association, of which she is Royal Patron.
