Bloom:
Deep yellow.  Mild fragrance.  up to 40 petals.  Average diameter 3.5".  Medium to large, full (26-40 petals), borne mostly solitary, in small clusters, cupped-to-flat bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Ovoid buds.  
Habit:
Medium, bushy, upright.  Medium, semi-glossy, medium green foliage.  3 to 9 leaflets.  

Height: 3' to 42" (90 to 105cm).  Width: 9.5" to 15" (25 to 40cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, cut flower or garden.  Disease susceptibility: disease resistant.

It is the result of crossing two seedlings from his breeding program: `WEKjoe` (U.S. Plant Pat. No. 9,389) by `JACient` (U.S. Plant Pat. No. 6,725) as seed parent; and `WEKblusi` (U.S. Plant Pat. No. 10,188) by `SCRivluv` (unpatented), as pollen parent.... observations, measurements, values and comparisons are from a four-year-old plant of Rosa hybrida, `SPRoimpress`, as grown outdoors in Ipswich, Mass. .
