Spring blooms have been 5" for the past 3 years in a row, in large, wide clusters.

It has seemed to be a good rose with one major fault -- awkward growth. I recommend using it w/ perennials to hit the bottom 1/3rd without reducing air circulation, too. I'm using designer petunias w/ it this year, lol.

I purchased an own-root baby plant of Colorific, and it has put on quite a bit of growth. I don't have too much to say about it yet as it's just getting it's start but the fragrance on this rose is great!. It's only put out 1 little baby bloom and a couple of buds which have yet to open but the fragrance is much stronger than mild. It smells similar to Fragrant Cloud, just not as strong. 1-10, I'd give the fragrance on this one a 6 or 7.
Update: I guess this rose is a practical joker. That first bloom smelled awesome, but all the others since I'd have to give a 4 on the strength of fragrance. Still nice but not as strong. :-( Also, we started getting more sun and this rose has turned the most beautiful shade of soft red...no blue tones. I can't wait to see what this rose does when it gets a little warmer. I have high hopes for this one! Also the blooms last about a week and a half on the bush.

Posted several pics for you. I hope they help, though my plant is still fairly small. But it's had some NICE blooms! I think this one will be a real winner for me.
