Pearson's Encyclopedia of Roses (1956), pg. 172:

Cameo (Poly. Pompon)
(Orleans Rose sport)
Though the dwarf polyanthas are little grown nowadays, this variety is still popular. The salmon-pink colour is very attractive.
(de Ruiter, 1932.)

Pearson's Encyclopedia of Roses, (1956), pg. 172:

Candle Glow (H.T.) (Geheimrat Duisburg X [seedling X Joanna Hill])
Pale yellow and pink. Large, cupped blooms very freely produced in quantity on a tall plant. The colour combination may be too pale for some tastes but this constitutes the only disadvantage.
(Whisler, 1951.)

Sun: full sun
Water: moderate . Give 1/4 a gallon of water or less every 9 days, or when top layer of soil is completely dry to the touch.
Soil: likes moist, rich soil. Can use rose soil mix or rich potting soil mix with fertilizer added. Will tolerate potting soil mix that already has fertilizer in it, but follow the instructions on when to start fertilizing again when using this type of potting soil mix.
Zones: 5, 6, 7, 8, 9
It is recommended you plant this miniature rose in pots or appropriate containers. So one can move them around if needed. But in warmer climates in ground planting can be done.
Pot size: likes a pot that is 10” wide and 10” deep eventually. Tolerates plastic pots and ceramic pots in hot climates. An insulated or metal pot is suitable for this miniature rose in cooler climates.
Repotting: repot or refresh the soil every 2 to 3 years.
Mulch: likes a little mulch on top in hot climates to help retain moisture better.
Winter time care: In the winter , if the temperature is below 32 degrees Fahrenheit, if your climate is cold in winter, bring this miniature rose indoors. Or you can cover them with a sheet for the night to protect them from frost if you live in a warm climate. But it is really recommended to bring a miniature rose indoors for the winter if there is frost.
Prune: hard prune this rose in the late winter or early spring. Only cut 1/3 of the rose at this time. But get as many of the dead and diseased canes as you can. Then just deadhead spent blooms for the rest of the growing season.
Fertilizer: when fertilizer is needed, use a 1/2 strength fish emulsion fertilizer or a slow release fertilizer for miniature roses.
Indoors: miniature roses can be grown indoors. But they will require at least 6 hours a day minimum of bright sunlight, or the grow light equivalent of this. And they will still require a pot with drainage holes and a tray, the right soil mix, and fertilizer during the growing season.
