I just read a commentary on the Garden Web Forum under Texas Gardening about the passing of plant breeder Dr. Ying Doon Moy. It stated that he developed the Lotus Rose. It is a rose grown in Texas, I had it at one time, it was a beautiful specimen. On your information, it says breeder unknown. I thought Dr. Moy should be given credit for this lovely rose.
