I have now paid twice to be a premium member. And now my profile shows that I'm a premium member. However, I am shut out from the Advanced Search function when I look to sort by two criteria. What's going on? Can you help me?

Sorry to hear you're have problems using our website; please contact the support department with the exact details of the search you are trying to run.
Issues like this almost always turn out to be caused by a site guest having multiple member accounts. The fact you paid twice to upgrade sounds like this may be the the case but whatever the situation is we'll be happy to sort it out.
