Introduced in France by URS (Universal Rose Selection)-Meilland in 1949 as 'Monte Carlo'.
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1952 as 'Monte Carlo'.

Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Yellow, orange shading.  Moderate fragrance.  45 petals.  Average diameter 5".  Very large, very full (41+ petals) bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Glossy foliage.  

Height: up to 4' (up to 120cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Vigorous.
