Origin:
Bred by P. J. Buyck - Van der Meersch (Belgium, 1840). Bred by Louis Benoit Van Houtte (Belgium, before 1846).
Introduced in Austria-Hungary (former) by Joseph Unterrainer in 1858 as 'Plenissima superba'.
Class:
Hybrid lactiflora.  
Bloom:
Light pink to salmon-pink, ages to lighter .  Rose fragrance.  Double bloom form.
