Introduced in United States by Charles Klehm and Son Nursery in 1998 as 'Petticoat Parade'.
Class:
Hybrid lactiflora.  
Bloom:
Light pink, cream shading.  Moderate fragrance.  Double, bomb, Japanese (anemone, imperial) bloom form.  Midseason.  
Habit:
Dark foliage.  

Height: 3' (90cm).
