Introduced in Russia by Botanical Garden Nikolai Tsitsin - Главный ботанический сад as 'Памяти Академика Цицина'.
Class:
Hybrid lactiflora.  
Bloom:
Cream, light pink shading, ages to lighter .  Strong fragrance.  Average diameter 8".  Large, double, rose bloom form.  
Habit:
Spreading.  Dark foliage.  
Patents:

Pamyati Akademika Tsitsina is dedicated to Nikolai Wassiljewiisch Tsitsin (December 18 1898 Saratov - July 17, 1980 Moscow), Russian biologist and botanist, first Director of the Moscow Botanical Garden (1945-1980) now named after him.
