Introduced in United States by Solaris Farms in circa 2021 as 'Diamond Dust'.
Class:
Hybrid suffruticosa, Tree peony.  
Bloom:
White, cerise flares.  Some gold stamens visible.  Mild to strong fragrance.  Average diameter 6.5".  Medium to large, double, ruffled bloom form.  
Habit:

Height: up to 4' (up to 120cm).  
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
Registered 2021.

Named because the white petals glitter in the sun as if dusted with diamonds.
