Bred by William Godfrey (Canada, before 1947).
Introduced in Canada by Agriculture Canada, Morden, Manitoba in 1948 as 'Prairie Youth'.
Class:

Bloom:
Salmon-pink, golden-yellow stamens.  Mild fragrance.  Average diameter 3".  Medium, semi-double (9-16 petals), cluster-flowered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Medium, dark green foliage.  

Height: up to 6' (up to 185cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 2b through 8b.  Can be used for garden or landscape.  Very hardy.  very vigorous.  can be trained as a climber.  Disease susceptibility: susceptible to blackspot .
