Registration name: Olala ®
Origin:
Bred by Mathias Tantau, Jr. (1912 - 2006) (Germany, before 1955).
Introduced in France by NIRP International in 1964 as 'Olala'.
Class:
Floribunda, Hybrid Polyantha.  
Bloom:
Red, lighter center.  Mild fragrance.  Large, semi-double (9-16 petals), in large clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Bushy, upright.  Glossy, dark green, leathery foliage.  

Height: up to 32" (up to 80cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Disease susceptibility: very mildew resistant.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
