Bred by Henk C. A. De Groot (Netherlands, 2009).
Introduced in Netherlands by Boot & Co. in 2019 as 'White Valeda'.
Class:
Hybrid Rugosa.  
Bloom:
Light pink, ages to white .  Strong, rose, sweet fragrance.  20 to 30 petals.  Average diameter 2.25".  Medium, semi-double to double, in small clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Ovoid buds.  
Habit:
Matte, light green foliage.  3 to 7 leaflets.  

Height: 31" to 39" (80 to 100cm).  Width: up to 28" (up to 70cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 3b through 9a.  Can be used for ground cover.

The cross resulting in this new variety was made in April of 2009 at a nursery in Boskoop, Netherlands. The seed parent is the unpatented variety Rosa 'Snow Pavement'. The pollen parent is the unpatented variety Rosa 'BOKRATRACK'.
