Sangerhausen has this as "Panachée à fleurs doubles" (not "double"). The same spelling is given by Suzanne Verrier in "Rosa Gallica" (Dear Park, WI: Capability's Books, 1995), p. 140. It seems to make more sense (both noun and adjective in the plural form).
