Discovered by Robert Hardman Melville (Australia, 1965). Discovered by O.L. Weeks (1912-2002) (United States, before 1977).

Introduced in United States by Weeks Wholesale Rose Grower, Inc. in 1977 as 'Weeping China Doll'.

Bloom:

Pink, lighter reverse. Spice, tea fragrance. 25 petals. Average diameter 2". Double (17-25 petals), cluster-flowered, in large clusters, cupped, ruffled bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season.

Habit:

Climbing, few or no prickles/thorns. Small, glossy foliage.

Height: 4' to 6' (120 to 185cm).

Growing:

USDA zone 6b through 9b (default). Can be used for cut flower, garden, landscape or pillar. Vigorous.
