Red, pink undertones. Strong fragrance. 45 petals. Average diameter 2.75". Large, very full (41+ petals), globular, high-centered bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season.
Thornless (or almost).
Height of 4' to 5' (120 to 150 cm). Width of 3' (90 cm).
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default). Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant.
'Madame Brosse', often mentioned as a synonym, is said to have been very similar to 'Alfred Colomb'.
