‘Devon’ (POUlspan) 1993. Delightful semi-double, open flowers in shades of soft lemon with a touch of pale apricot towards the centre on a bush of dense, rich green foliage. Repeated flowering on mounding growth to about 1.5m (5 ft) in all directions.
