'Crimson Showers' rose Description

Class:
Hybrid Wichurana, Rambler.
Bloom:
Crimson. Mild, honey fragrance. 20 petals. Average diameter 1.25". Small, double (17-25 petals), rosette bloom form. Once-blooming spring or summer.
Habit:
Glossy, light green foliage. Height of 6' 7" to 15' (200 to 455 cm). Width of 7' to 8' (215 to 245 cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default). Prune after flowering is finished.
Notes:
Mentioned in the American Rose Annual 1952 as one of the New Roses of the World.
