Bred by Sean McCann (Ireland, before 1996).
Introduced in United States by Justice Miniature Roses Archive in 1996 as 'Darby O'Gill'.
Class:
Miniature.  
Bloom:
Orange, cream streaks, stripes, flecks.  Mild fragrance.  up to 18 petals.  Average diameter 1.5".  Small to medium, double (17-25 petals), borne mostly solitary bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Upright.  Medium, glossy, dark green foliage.  

Height: 16" to 26" (40 to 65cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).

Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
Justice Miniature Roses says this rose's bright orange spokes splayed across an off-white background make this one "eye candy" in the bed or on the deck... Disease free and winter hardy...
