Introduced in United Kingdom by Mattocks Roses / Notcutts as 'Hertfordshire'.

Pink.  Carmine.  Mild fragrance.  Single (4-8 petals) bloom form.  Occasional repeat later in the season.  
Habit:

Height: 18" to 2' (45 to 60cm).  Width: 3' to 4' (90 to 120cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for ground cover.  Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant.

Notes:
Heirloom Old Garden Roses says Hertfordshire has small, single cherry-red blooms accented by a golden eye...

The parentage is recorded as 'The Fairy' x unnamed seedling in "Rosor för nordiska trädgårdar" by Lars-Åke Gustavsson (1998).
