Apricot or apricot blend. Mild fragrance. 26 to 40 petals. Average diameter 2". Small, full (26-40 petals) bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season.
Height of up to 2' (up to 60 cm).
USDA zone 6b and warmer. Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
Amber Nectar is one of the new varieties being added to the RINZ Rose Display Trial at the Auckland Regional Botanic Gardens in 1999.
