Bred by Sean McCann (Ireland, 1995). Bred by Teizō Yoshiike (Japan, before 2017).
Introduced in United States by Justice Miniature Roses Archive in 1996 as 'Flower Basket'.
Class:
Miniature.  
Bloom:
Carmine-red, pink streaks, stripes, flecks, ages to white .  Strong fragrance.  15 to 25 petals.  Average diameter 2".  Large, double (17-25 petals), borne mostly solitary, in small clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Armed with thorns / prickles.  Small, semi-glossy, medium green foliage.  

Height: 10" (25cm).  Width: 2' (60cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
Justice Miniature Roses says each bloom on this rose is a glowing mix of red, white and burgundy stripes about 2" across... it is very hardy...
In his column Roses Abroad in the January 1998 issue of the American Rose magazine (pp.16-7), Sean McCann says this rose makes a great candidate for a hanging basket.
