Origin:
Bred by André Delbard-Chabert (1915-2012) (France, before 1965).
Introduced in France by Delbard/Georges Delbard SA in 1965 as 'Milrose'.
Class:
Floribunda, Polyantha.  
Bloom:
Rose-pink.  Mild fragrance.  Medium, semi-double (9-16 petals), in large clusters, cupped-to-flat bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Bushy.  Glossy, light green foliage.  

Height: 2' to 32" (60 to 80cm).  Width: 16" to 2' (40 to 60cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose or garden.  Protect tender new spring growth from hard freezes that may cause canker, die-back and death of the plant. .  Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.  Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood..
