Origin:
Bred by Georges Delbard (1905-1999) (France, 1980).
Introduced in Australia by Wagner's Rose Nursery in 2022 as 'Chandon Rosier'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.   (Series: Couture Collection)  
Bloom:
Carmine-red, silver(y) reverse.  Deep crimson with striking silvery-white reverse.  Mild, rose fragrance.  up to 30 petals.  Very large, full (26-40 petals), borne mostly solitary, classic hybrid tea, high-centered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Long buds.  
Habit:
Glossy, dark green foliage.  

Height: 28" to 4'11" (70 to 150cm).  Width: 20" to 2' (50 to 60cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 7b through 10b.  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, cut flower or garden.  Hardy.  Disease susceptibility: disease resistant.  Protect tender new spring growth from hard freezes that may cause canker, die-back and death of the plant. .  Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.  Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood..  Requires spring freeze protection (see glossary - Spring freeze protection) .
