Bloom:
Pink, fuchsia / magenta shading, silver(y) undertones, violet edges. Strong fragrance. Large, very double, scalloped bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season.
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default). Vigorous.

Notes:
Dedicated to Constantin Bernard (d. November 13, 1886), Director at the Belgian Ministry of Agriculture Introduced as a Tea rose, although from the parentage it could be regarded as a Hybrid Tea.
