Origin:

Bred by Alfred Perdriolle (France, before 1909).
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1911 as 'Souvenir de Monsieur Louis Perrier'.

Bloom:

Deep pink, yellow shading, pink reverse. Average diameter 5.5". Very large, double (17-25 petals), borne mostly solitary bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season.

USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
