Bred by L. Pernille Olesen (Denmark, 1994). Bred by Mogens Nyegaard Olesen (Denmark, 1994).
Introduced in Denmark by Poulsen Roser A/S in 1998 as 'Moonlight Hit'.

Mini-Flora, Patio.

Bloom:

Light yellow. Mild fragrance. 35 to 40 petals. Average diameter 2". Medium-large, full (26-40 petals), borne mostly solitary, cluster-flowered, in small clusters, flat to cupped bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season.

Habit:

Medium, bushy, compact, few or no prickles/thorns. Medium, semi-glossy, medium green foliage.

Height: 16" to 2' (40 to 60cm).

Growing:

USDA zone 6b through 9b (default). Can be used for container rose. Vigorous.

The parents of the unnamed seedling are `Mini-Poul`, a red-yellow bi-color rose, and a bright yellow Patio rose.....`POULmoon` was selected by the inventors as a single plant from the progeny of the hybridization in April, 1994.
