Bred by L. Pernille Olesen (Denmark, 1992). Bred by Mogens Nyegaard Olesen (Denmark, 1992).
Introduced in Denmark by Poulsen Roser A/S in 1998 as 'Atlantis Palace'.
Class:
Floribunda, Patio.   (Series: Palace ® Collection)  
Bloom:
Deep yellow.  Mild, wild rose fragrance.  15 to 28 petals.  Average diameter 2.75".  Medium, semi-double to double, borne mostly solitary, cluster-flowered, in small clusters, cupped-to-flat bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Ovoid, rounded buds.  
Habit:
Bushy, narrow.  Medium, semi-glossy foliage.  5 to 7 leaflets.  

Height: 16" to 2' (40 to 60cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.

The present invention constitutes a new and distinct variety of compact floribunda rose plant which originated from a controlled crossing between an unnamed seedling and `POULsun ...The unnamed seedling resulted from a crossing of RUImired, U.S. Plant Pat. No. 5,770 and a yellow patio rose.....`POULsiana` was selected by the inventors as a single plant from the progeny of the hybridization in March, 1993.
