Lady Mann. Modern, large-flowered hybrid tea. Pink blend. Repeat-flowering. This is one of the few roses bred from ‘Lorraine Lee’, and it has much of its parent’s growth habit. It is a strong bush with abundant, large matt green foliage. The attractive, pointed buds open to rather loose full blooms. The flowers are a deep coral pink and there is a strong fragrance. Flower production is extremely high and repeat-bloom is very rapid. This rose can be lightly pruned to form a large shrub covered with blooms 5 or 6 times a year, or it can be pruned hard in autumn in mild climates to enable it to flower in winter, where its long buds take much longer to develop and last longer. ‘Lady Mann’ makes a first-class hedge or can be used in the shrubbery. Zones 5-10. Clark, Australia, 1940. ‘Lorraine Lee’ x seedling
