Introduced in United States by Heirloom Roses, Inc. (USA) in 1999 as 'Regina Louise'.

Light pink, fuchsia / magenta stamens.  Strong fragrance.  25 petals.  Average diameter 4".  Large, double (17-25 petals), cupped bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Medium.  
Height of 3' to 42" (90 to 105 cm).  Width of 42" (105 cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 5b through 10b.  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, cut flower or garden.
