Bred by Eugène Verdier fils aîne (France, 1863).
Introduced in Australia by Thomas Lang in 1866 as 'La Duchesse de Morny'.

Bloom:

Light pink, silver(y) shading, lighter reverse. Average diameter 4". Large, full (26-40 petals), in small clusters, cupped, globular bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season.

Habit:

Dark green foliage. 3 to 7 leaflets.

Growing:

USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
