Bloom:
Scarlet, orange flecks.  Mild fragrance.  Small, double (17-25 petals), cluster-flowered, cupped bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Short, bushy.  Small, light green, wrinkled (rugose) foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
