Introduced in Australia by George Brunning - St. Kilda Nurseries in 1897 as 'Souvenir du Lieutenant Bujon'.

Rose-red to scarlet.  Moderate fragrance.  Very large, double (17-25 petals), cupped, open bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Very vigorous.
